The Seaport is the only Boston neighborhood where everything is new — and that's exactly what my buyers there want. Full-amenity towers with concierge, gym, and water views, built in the last fifteen years, in a city whose housing stock otherwise measures its age in centuries. There is no substitute neighborhood if that's the brief.

I'm direct with clients about the costs: amenity buildings carry amenity fees, and parking is its own line item. What you get back is the Harborwalk, the ICA, Seaport Boulevard's restaurants, and a Silver Line hop to South Station. The mix of end-users, pied-à-terre owners, and investors keeps resale liquidity strong — these units trade.

My real work in the Seaport is building selection: fee structures, rental rules, view corridors, and how each tower has actually resold. The neighborhood decision is easy; the building decision is where deals are won, and I keep that scorecard current.
